Spotted something that isn't quite right? If you've come across a bug on UXClub.com we'd love for you to tell us as soon as you can. Simply send us an email along with your browser version, issue and when it occured to [email protected] and we'll get straight back to you.

How can I cancel my subscription if I change my mind?
We make it easy for you to cancel your subscription through your account settings. Simply goto billing and hit cancel subscription, or email us at [email protected].
Will I get updates from UXClub.com?
We’ll share new courses, recommend new content and other features with you. You can easily turn these notifications off in your email settings.
Do you do discounts for students?
Mail over a copy of your student ID, University and course to [email protected] and we’ll see what we can do.
If I sign up do I gain access to everything?
Signing up for free won’t give you access to all of our video lessons. Our personal plan of $9/month will give you access to our entire catalog!
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds. If there are extenuating circumstances then please send an email to [email protected].
Does my monthly subscription include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT. There are no other hidden fees or costs onto your monthly subscription.
